In Spanaway, Washington, a mother and her boyfriend have been charged administering dosages of heroin to mother’s 3 small children.
The 25 year old, Ashlee Hutt’s 6-year old boy told CPS employees that he had been choked by the boyfriend, Mac McIver and that he was given “feel-good medicine” to go to sleep. This interview was prompted after they noticed track markings on one of the young girls.
The boy told CPS that the “feel-good medicine” was a white powder and water that was injected into them with a needle.
And a few months after the interview, the youngest daughter tested positive for heroin.

The mother was charged with three counts each of “unlawful delivery of a controlled subtend to a minor, second-degree criminal mistreatment and second-degree child assault.”
The boyfriend, he was arraigned on the same changes and he and the mother’s bail was each set at $100,000.
