On Monday, comedian and actress Leslie Jones was on Twitter doing her when she was ambushed by some online trolls.
The man who lead that crusade to send her abusive tweets is a technology editor who works for conservative blogger site, Breitbart.

Milo Yiannopoulos is his name and his Twitter name that he used was @Nero and as of last night, Milo was banned from Twitter .
Thankfully that Leslie decided to put their abuse on blast and showed people who was doing it and how far Milo and the people who followed went in the abuse.
He took it too far saying things to Leslie like, “Harambe is alive and his @ is @Lesdoggg” And he also sent her pictures the ape that was shot in Cincinnati a few months ago.
If you remember, his name was Harambre and the tweets relating to him were saying “I know you only wanted to protect that kid @lesdoggg” and he also said, “@Lesdoggg can we exchange you for Harambe?I prefer the gorilla over you.”
He kept at it saying things about apes and showing a variety of ape pictures and comparing them to her, but he jumped off of the ape comparisons to says that she was, “barely literate” and he accused her of “playing the victim.”
This blogger Milo had approximately 388,000 followers on Twitter when he was banned from Twitter Tuesday night and he also had some stuff to say about his banning too.
He said, “This is the beginning of the end for Twitter. Some people are going to find this perfectly acceptable. Anyone who believes in free speech or is a conservative certainly will not.”
The Twitter company had this to say, “People should be able to express diverse opinions and beliefs on Twitter. But no one deserves to be subjected to targeted abuse online, and our rules prohibit inciting or engaging in the targeted abuse or harassment of others. Over the past 48 hours in particular, we’ve seen an uptick in the number accounts violating these polices and have taken enforcement actions against these accounts, ranging from warnings that are require the deletion of Tweets violating our policies to permanent suspension.”
And Twitter’s C.E.O. Jack Dorsey expressed his concern by sending Leslie a tweet asking that she DM him.
Here is what the company had to say:
“This type of abusive behavior is not permitted on Twitter, and we’ve taken action on many of the accounts reported to us by both Leslie and others,” said a spokesperson for Twitter. “We rely on people to report this type of behavior to us but we are continuing to invest heavily in improving our tools and enforcement systems to prevent this kind of abuse. We realize we still have a lot of work in front of us before Twitter is where it should be on how we handle these issues.”
Here are a few of the tweets Leslie posted:
