Pacific Cycle has announced that they are recalling five of their units due to a front wheel issue.
The company is telling us that the strollers wheels are having issues and are becoming dislocated.
This dislocating wheel that can result in crashing or cause injuries to the child inside the stroller… so far, the company has a reported amount of 132 of their front wheel becoming loose which resulted in 215 injuries.
The reported injuries are heading injuries, bumps, bruises, abrasions and lacerations to the child.
Here is a list of the units that are on the recall list:
  • Instep Safari
  • Instep Grand Safari
  • Instep Flight
  • Schwinn Turismo
  • Schwann Discovery
Go to Consumer Product Safety Commission website in order to see the model numbers of the single and double units and to make sure that it is not your stroller.

The company is urging you NOT to return your stroller to the store where you purchased it at , they have another way to handle it.
The company is asking that you call them and get a repair kit sent to you. This repair kit is for you to secure the front wheel and they’re offering a how-to video for you to watch in order to fix it on their Pacific Cycle website.
