Who remembers the “Chewbacca mom?”
The Chewbacca mom is a Texas woman, Candace Payne who sat in the Khol’s parking lot videoing herself opening and wearing her birthday gift.
In May, Candace, is seen on her Facebook page overly joyed with her infectious laughter while wearing and playing with the Chewbacca mask. This video went viral and so did Candace…
Since her video went viral, she’s had Khol’s come with gifts and she’s been a guest at Facebook’s headquarters… been on the morning shows like GMA and appeared on Ellen too.
It’s amazing that she’s not stopping there too because now, she’s made live vid on Friday at the toy maker’s, Hasbro’s Rhode Island headquarters.
“I have been gifted with something that’s quite phenomenal. some of y’all may cry with joy because it’s just that great, ” she said before revealing her action figure. “Isn’t that hilarious?
Candace revealed herself as Chewbacca with a mask like the one she originally showed in the car.
The “Chewbacca Mom” toy comes with 13 catchphrases such as; “I am such a happy Chewbacca and “That’s not me making that noise, it’s the mask.”
Last month, Candace also got to meet J.J. Abraham, the “Star Wars director and joined him along with James Corden on Corden’s infamous, “Carpool” on his show, “The Late Late Show.”
