MAN HOLD UP! Horror movie fans and baseball fans this weekend had the mash-up you were waiting for! In Japan, at the start of a baseball game between the Nippon-Ham Fighters and the Yakult Swallows, two horror icons appeared for the open pitch ceremony for “Ring”-versus-“Grudge” showdown! It was “Sadako vs. Kayakoto” squaring off to promote their new film hitting Japanese theaters later this month simply titled “Sadako vs. Kayako.” Yes, the movie pits the ghosts of “The Ring” and “The Grudge” against each other! This is their “Freddy Vs. Jason” or :Alien Vs. Predator.” And, eventually, as with all successful foreign movies, we should see an Americanized version soon. CHECK OUT THE BIZARRE FIRST PITCH…
