Chef Keisha and Personal Trainer Tatiana stopped by Sam Houston HS to deliver the very last Health/Fitness and Healthy cooking class of the school year!  We were busting out some serious fitness moves in this session! But afterwards, we had quite the tasty treat as Chef Keisha taught us how to take mom’s left over chicken and make a chicken pasta and salad that only takes minutes!
