US-OSCARS-SHOW

With only six weeks left until today’s hottest artists take over Las Vegas, Billboard announced this year’s nominees for the 2016 Billboard Music Awards.

While The Weeknd and Justin Bieber are tied for the lead with 11 nominations, Drake and Fetty Wap are tied for second place with 10. The all boys club is almost broken up by Adele, who scored 8 nominations for Top Artist, Top Female Artist, and of course, Top Billboard 200 Artist.

This morning, Ciara and Ludacris, who are hosting this year’s show, appeared on Good Morning America to announce the nominees for top categories, including Top Artist, Top Male Artist, Top Female Artist, Top New Artist, Top Billboard 200 Album, and Top Hot 100 Song.

All the action will air live from Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena on May 22 at 8 P.M. EST on ABC. Check out the full list of nominees below.
