A nurse who worked in Syracuse, New York at their Upstate University Hospital has turned herself in after being investigated.
The Onondaga County District Attorney’s office did an investigation over a 9 months span regarding the nurse who took lewd pics of an unconscious male patient and sharing them amongst her co-workers.
Kristen Johnson, 27, agreed to give her license up on Monday and decided she plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge.
As a part of her plea, Kristen received a three year probation in order to get rid of the felony charges against her.
The investigation proved that Kristen sent the inappropriate pictures of the unconscious patient multiple times and that those weren’t the only obscene pictures taken.
The D.A.’s investigation also discovered that there were pictures of a comatose female patient who was having her gastrointestinal blood cloth cleaned out.
