Man Hold Up! People are crazy! — A Florida man is in trouble with the law after being accused of throwing a live alligator through the drive-thru window at a Wendy’s. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission says the incident happened last fall but U.S. Marshals only recently arrested Joshua James of Jupiter. The 23-year-old says he saw the three-and-a-half-foot gator on the side of the road and used it to pull his prank. James is charged with aggravated assault and unlawful possession of an alligator. The gator was trapped and released back into the wild.
