It’s almost been two years since Justin Timberlake and Jay Z’s song, “Suit & Tie” was released.
According to reports, the two members of the 70’s R&B Group, Sly Slick & Wicked has currently filed a law suit against the record label Universal Music Group for “ripping off” their song, “Sho’ Nuff.”
The group’s claims is that the record label did pay to sample the 70’s jam, but that’s it, they did not get rights to actually use the song.

The members of the Sly, Slick & Wicked said that they did not get any payments for the Bud Light Platinum commercial that debut during the 2013 Grammy Awards.
The song hit 3 million copies sold and 92 million YouTube views, not including the airing of the commercial and it’s YouTube viewing too.
