A Frenchman named Patrick Mathis did a different version of the 2005 Michael Jackson song, “Smooth Criminal” on a Barrel Organ.
This is an instrument that has been know to be used by street performers around the world.
The machine has various nicknames such as hand organ, cylinder organ and box organ and it works by taking the sheet music and rotating around pegged-studded cylinders. Those cylinders block off air flow to certain pipes in order to produce that sound and it is operated by a crank.
That just means that the Frenchman played the entire song on this organ by cranking the machine while it fed the sheet music in.
