According to TMZ, Khloe and Lamar have both gone to court to dismiss their divorce. The two plan to stay married, as Khloe has privately vowed to be by Lamar’s side during recovery.
Laura Wasser, Khloe’s lawyer, asked the judge on Wednesday morning to withdraw the final divorce papers they were set to sign to end their marriage. Apparently the couples’ file was still waiting to be processed and signed, therefore the judge granted Wasser’s request and their pending divorce file is now dead.
They’ve both signed the document that the lawyer presented to the judge, and they’re both agreeing to give their marriage another chance. Lamar reportedly signed from his hospital bed.
