Moziah Bridges is 13-years-old and a CEO of Mo’s Bows, a company of designer bowties.
On his website, Mo tells us, “Mo’s Bows is a company I started in Memphis, TN in 2011 when I was 9 years old. I couldn’t find fun and cool bow ties, so one day I decided to use my Granny’s scrap fabric to make and sell my own. I like to wear bow ties because they make me look good and feel good. Designing a colorful bow tie is just part of my vision to make the world a fun and happier place.”
Now, he has produced $200,000 in sales and has five employees on his payroll. The payroll includes his granny who taught him how to sew and his Momma too.

Moziah’s Mo’s Bowties has been mentioned and celebrated by Oprah’s O Magazine and appeared on the Steve Harvey when he was 10 and mentor/FUBU founder Daymond John.
When Mo appeared on the show Shark Tank in 2014, he had the chance at having an investor for his creation, but this meant that he would have to share his royalties with Kevin O’Leary.
He had another option too, share royalties with O’Leary or have Daymond John as his mentor instead… luckily, Mo chose to have a mentor.
The mentor turned out to be the wiser or the two decisions, Mo attended the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in NYC where his designs caught the eye of the CEO of Neiman Marcus.
It was because of that meeting at the fashion show why you can now order Mo’s Bow online at Neiman Marcus.
Mo’s Bows retail at around $50 and are available for purchase in 15 states, Toronto and in the Bahamas too.
On his website, you can purchase t-shirts and pocket squares along with the bowties too…
Check him out and on his Facebook.
