Houston Texans Kareem Jackson was just re-signed to a 4-year-deal as the Texans cornerback. The deal is $34 million including $20 million guaranteed.
With 50 passes defensed, including 10 interceptions, it looks like Jackson is feeling good about his skills with his latest purchase of cleats.
Jackson took it to Miami to AJ’s Jewelers and paid over $15k for a replica of his favorite cleats, they’re tiny blinged-out. AJ’s Jewelers said that the jewelry took over three weeks to create, they’re “VVS (very very slightly) diamond-encrusted, 3D version of the shoes”.
When asked about his re-signing, Kareem Jackson told ESPN, “Knowing my future, I don’t have to sit here and worry about ‘Where are we going to end up, where are we going to have to pick up and move to? Knowing that I can be here in Houston is definitely a weight off my shoulders.”
