Ok football fans, here is this list of the possible “Free-agents” if they’re not re-signed before their deadlines hit.
This list has Defensive Ends, Defensive Tackles, Inside Linebackers, Outside Linebackers, Cornerbacks, Safeties and Kickers…
Of course the top of the news is defensive tackle, Ndamukong Suh not receiving that $27 million franchise tag, but the Houston Texans have some players on this list too.
First we have a DE, Ryan Pickett. Pickett played his 14th season in the NFL when he signed a 1 year deal, but rumors have it that Pickett might retire.
We also have our outside LB, #58 Brooks Reed. Reed had 6 sacks as a rookie and these past 3 seasons, he had 8.5 sacks. At 28 years old, he’s said to be a top interest if he hits the Free-agent list.
Lastly, the Texans have a cornerback listed, their starter Kareem Jackson. Jackson has played and started 5 years for the Texans and if he hits the free-agent list he’s going to be top of the market and have many teams highly interested in him.
