Unknown-3

Alright folks, I started on Saturday morning and finished on Sunday afternoon, but I made it through “House of Cards” Season 3.  I will now try to get you my review without spoilers. Ok, like Season 1 & 2,  HOC3 gives what the fans want plenty of twists, shocking scenes, under-handed politics, but the dynamic has changed now that Frank Underwood is in the White House.  And, the show suffers a bit from this.  Although, there’s  a lot of things that aren’t as good as HOC, I think the fans will agree the show is a little better when Frank was gunning for the number one spot.  Interesting plot lines involve a Russian-conflict complete with a Putin-look-a-like leader, the inner relationship of Frank and his wife Claire and the upcoming election.   Whew! I think I did it-no spoilers! Despite some of the criticisms listed above, I do recommend the watch and felt the same binge remorse afterwards (shame of all my time devoted to it and the desperate search for more).  One last note-there are two scenes I thought the Frank Underwood character may have gone too far-after you watch – hit me up (jimbeazy@gmail.com) and let me know if you can guess which ones I’m talking about.
