The moment-sharing app not only has stepped up its game by adding a money transfer option, it’s going the distance with its new “Discover” feature.
Snapchat says the new addition is not social media, but more a media group collaboration to share news experience first hand.
“Snapchat Discover is a new way to explore Stories from different editorial teams. It’s the result of collaboration with world-class leaders in media to build a storytelling format that puts the narrative first. This is not social media,” said Snapchat.
Delivering news content is clearly no longer the same as it gears towards the “digisphere.”
