(Middletown, CT) — A Connecticut man is facing misdemeanor charges after he called 911 because his wife “babbles” too much when she’s off her meds. WVIT reports first responders rushed to the man’s Middletown home earlier this month, worried the wife could be having a medical episode. The woman seemed fine when paramedics arrived. She was sitting in a chair having a smoke. The caller soon admitted he exaggerated his wife’s condition because she was rambling on and he needed to get some sleep.
