(Mexico City, Mexico)  —  James Harden and Dwight Howard combined for 45 points as the Rockets topped the Timberwolves 113-101 in Mexico City.  Harden had 23 points and 10 assists, while Howard ended with 22 points, 10 rebounds and four blocks for the Rockets, who bounced back from their first loss of the season to Golden State on Saturday and improved to 7-and-1.  Trevor Ariza added 19 points in the victory.  Houston hosts the 76ers tomorrow.  And, Slim Dunk reported on the win…LISTEN HERE:
