(Mt. Dora, FL) — A Florida pastor is going into the record books for delivering the longest sermon in history. Reverend Zach Zehnder of The Cross church in Mt. Dora started his marathon sermon Friday morning. He got five-minute breaks every hour, so the reverend’s goal was to deliver 50 one-hour sermons to the churchgoers. The stunt was a fundraiser for a faith-based alcohol and drug addiction treatment program in Eustis.
