(Houston, TX) — People in the Timbergrove and Lazybrook neighborhoods are afraid there’s a serial cat killer in their area. Officials say in the most recent case, a dead cat was found Friday near Bay Oaks and Worthshire streets. Chris and Kimberly Elliott told KHOU-TV they found half of their cat on their porch, but the other half was missing. They say they were shocked to learn their pet is one of a dozen killed in the neighborhoods this year.
