H-towns Hefe Wine is filing for a legal divorce from Iggy Azalea here in Texas.
Hefe is claiming that he and Iggy had a common-law marriage around Sept. of 2008 when they were together in Houston.
Iggy’s rep is deny these claims of being married to Hefe, but Hefe says that they were passing each other off as husband and wife during their time together.
Hefe is asking the Judge that Iggy not sell any of the assets that they accumulated together as a couple and that’s not just material items either, we’re talking about her music too.
If the Judge recognizes their marriage, Hefe could be entitled to 50/50 of their community property… which would be millions of dollars in all of her music that she wrote during their time together.
