(HOUSTON) — An undercover investigation at a northwest Houston strip club ended with 14 arrests, plus the seizure of drugs, weapons and cash.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the Joy of Houston Gentlemen’s Club in the 7000 block of Charles Road was under investigation for months.

Citizen complaints about possible prostitution and drug activity prompted the probe, deputies said.
According to HCSO, the 14 arrested had various charges, including prostitution, sexually oriented business regulation violations and possession of a controlled substance.
One person was arrested for having an open warrant, deputies said.
