(Belen, NM)  —  An Arizona teacher is accused of showing up to class drunk, just a few hours after getting busted for an extreme DUI.  The sheriff’s office in Pinal [[ pih-NAWL ]] County says Kathleen Jardine admitted to hitching a ride to the school earlier this week because she was too drunk to drive.  A bottle of alcohol was also found hidden in her classroom.  Authorities say she had a lot of alcohol in her the night before when she got in trouble.  Students noticed she seemed drunk and told school officials, which led to her bust.  It’s not the first time Jardine has been in this kind of situation.  She was fired from a New Mexico school three years ago for allegedly being under the influence of alcohol.  She also pled guilty about a decade ago to a DUI charge.
