sports physicals for 2014-2015 school year
(SUGAR LAND, TX) — Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is giving back to Fort Bend and Alief ISD. On Saturday, they will host an Extracurricular Pre-Participation Physicals and Health Expo from 9 a.m. to noon at Wheeler Field House, 16403 Lexington Boulevard in Sugar Land.
Students 12-18 years old who attend a Fort Bend or Alief ISD school can get a physical for $20, cash only, that is required to take to be involved in any school athletics for the 2014-2015 school year. Orthopedic, sports medicine and cardiology specialists will be on site to provide additional clearance as needed.
There are a couple of forms that a parent/guardian needs to sign and bring with them to the Wheeler Field House across from First Colony Mall before the student can get their physical done. We have the forms right here.
