Guys, I really do the best I can to have only a few of the shows I really like in rotation to not get too consumed with tv. I must say though that Law And Order and Martin- though they may not be the most popular are my binge shows.
What are binge shows? The shows that you watch 3 or more consecutive episodes of. You can’t get off the couch or out of the bed and before you know it you’ve missed the entire day…smh.. But, it really is harmless every now and then to squeeze in some time with yourself and your favorite tv show. Hehe! I won’t tell nobody.

Several years ago they created a panel that’s a subset of about 30,000 people who complete monthly surveys about what they’re watching, gadgets they like, or features they’d like to see.
