(HOUSTON) A mother fell into a ditch while pushing her baby in a insecure stroller, while allegedly being intoxicated. 
People witnessed Sandra Grohmann pushing her baby in a stroller that appeared to be made for older children. Grohmann lost her balance and fell as she was pushing the baby up a ditch. The child fell from the stroller, rolling into the grass.
According to police, Grohmann is believed to have been intoxicated and under the influence of prescribed medication.
Grohmann is charged of Child Endangerment her baby was released to Children Protective Services.
Evidently, winning “Mother of the Year” is not a concern for Grohmann with this mug shot.
