Kevin Hart and his “Ride Along” director Tim Story may be joining forces once again. According to the “Hollywood Reporter,” Hart and Jamie Foxx are in currently in negotiations to star in an upcoming hitman flick “Black Phantom.” The film revolves around a mafia hitman who turns to a notorious assassin called the Black Phantom for help. The only problem is that the Black Phantom is supposed to target the other hitman. “Black Phantom” will be distributed by Screen Gems, which was behind Hart’s last film “About Last Night.”
