A pimp convicted of assault is looking for a payday from his crime.  According to the “Oregonian,” Portland pimp Sirgiogiro Clardy is suing Nike for 100-million-dollars for not warning him that his Nike Jordan shoes could be considered a dangerous weapon.  He was wearing the shoes when he brutally kicked and stomped on the face of a man who tried to skip out on paying one of Clardy’s prostitutes in 2012.  Clardy was given a 100-year sentence for the crime.  In his lawsuit, Clardy explains that Nike should be liable for not providing an adequate warning about the potential of injuries the kicks could cause.  In addition to the money, Clardy wants the company to provide warning labels for all their “potentially dangerous Nike and Jordan merchandise.”
