Seems like folks in Monroe, Louisiana weren’t ready for the R. Kelly impersonator that hit the stage at the Monroe Civic Center on Saturday.
According to Louisiana’s KNOE News, the concert was billed as “Ced’s All Black Affair Birthday Extravaganza and R. Kelly was the music entertainment for the birthday bash.
Allegedly the tickets were as high as $150 and you know patrons want a refund!
