(Dallas, TX) — A disturbing case is being investigated in Texas, where a woman is accused of beating her daughter for kissing a boy. Authorities in Dallas say Shaquitta Spencer got mad when she saw a cell phone pic of her daughter kissing a boy and went on the attack. She allegedly choked the girl and also used an extension to beat her chest as well as arms. The girl got away but Spencer got in trouble when she called police to report the girl had left without permission. Officers saw the welts on the daughter and took Spencer into custody.
