Well, it’s not jail time but it sure is a whole lot of time to be cleaning up gross stuff or whatever wretched thing that Chris Brown is going to be forced to do. The Judge made a point of saying it was going to be community LABOR not SERVICE. Guess that means he will not be getting any fluffy assignments this time around.

Check out the judge giving Chris the sentence today in court in the video below.

According to TMZ, Brown has been accused of lying about his community service in the past. He reportedly said he was doing community service one time while on a plane headed for Mexico. The judge must have taken that in to consideration as well.

Chris can choose between Caltrans (aka highway cleanup), beach cleanup, probation alternative work services (PAWS), or graffiti removal.

Chris must also report to a probation officer within the next 48 hours. It would be an understatement to say that Brown looked less than thrilled. Though to be fair we don’t know anyone who would be kicking up there heels at a time like that except for the fact that he escaped going to jail for a few years. Now for that he could definitely crack a smile!
