Chris Brown could be in serious trouble and may face jail time for his beating of Rihanna. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is asking the judge to revoke Breezy’s probation due to his recent hit-and-run accident, according to TMZ.

In May, Brown was charged with a hit-and-run charge after he allegedly hit victim Olga Gure-Kovalenko and left the scene without showing identifying information.  The victim apparently does not want any charges brought against Chris, but the LA City Attorney is not prepared to drop the charge or accept the proposed settlement.

Even if the hit-and-run charge is dropped, the DA still asked the judge to revoke his probation because he did not obey the laws as a condition of his probation.  Chris could face a possible four years in jail if the judge does find that he violated his probation.
