A horrific incident in Nigeria ended in the death of 29 children at the Government Secondary School early Saturday (July 6). The students, and one teacher, were killed by Islamic militants. One victim’s parents’ found the dead bodies of his sons, ages 10 and 12, both of whom were gunned down. “We were sleeping when we heard gunshots,” said one 15-year-old student. “When I woke up, someone was pointing a gun at me. They burned the children alive.”
