We know Kevin Clash is jumping for joy right now!

According to TMZ, a federal judge dismissed the former Elmo puppeteer of three sexual assault lawsuits after ruling that the accusers exceeded the six-year statute of limitations in filing their complaints.

Last year, Cecil Singleton, Kevin Kiadii and a third unnamed man file separate child molestation cases, each claiming that Clash seduced and pursued a sexual relationship with them while they were just minors.

The plaintiff argued they were unaware of the “adverse psychological and emotional effects” of their encounters until last year, but that was not enough to keep their cases afloat.

“While the plaintiffs may not have recognized the extent of their injuries, they were aware of the defendant’s conduct towards them and could have brought claims,”  judge John Koeltl said.

Clash’s lawyer Michael Berger said the former “Sesame Street” star is “pleased by the ruling, and wants to go about the business of reclaiming his personal life and his professional standing.”

However, Clash is not completely off the took. He is still facing one other suit from Sheldon Stephens, who also claimed he was taken advantage of by the puppeteer when he was an underage boy. His case was filed in Pennsylvania where the statute of limitation constraints are less stringent.
