Kim Kardashian’s Post Baby Work Out Plan

I heard Kim was doing push ups to get that baby out!!!!  Naw I’m just playing. But she is very adamant about shedding her baby weight and her shape back and she’s hired one of Hollywood’s toughest work out gurus to help her get the job done.

 

The post-pregnancy workout consists of pushing a 200 pound sled down a 90 foot track, cardio boxing, dead lifts, rowing machine, and squats. Peterson says “We always mix strength moves with cardio intervals and I find that combination is what really works best for me… but everyone is different.”

I just wonder if Kanye will get jealous cause she not on the Kanye Work Out Plan LOL.
