An apparent J. Cole fan is raising eyebrows over a threatening Twitter message. According to TMZ.com, one fan sent the rapper a picture of a person pointing a gun at a young girl. Accompanying the photo was a caption telling J. Cole that if he didn’t retweet the message the person would “kill” their little sister. The person also wrote that they would buy Cole’s album “Born Sinner” if the rapper did retweet the posting. The celebrity gossip website reports that J. Cole did retweet the message, but the post has since been removed. Cole also responded by saying that the message was the “wildest” thing he’s ever seen on Twitter. Meantime, TMZ says the fan now claims that the gun in the photo was a BB gun.

J. Cole’s second album is now in stores. “Born Sinner” boasts features from a number of big name artists including Kendrick Lamar, TLC, Miguel, and James Fauntleroy.
