Fifty Cent is putting to rest rumors of a G-Unit reunion.  Fif tells Sirius/XM’s Hip-Hop Nation that the reunion is unlikely to happen because the crew has gone in different directions.  Fif claims he has given all he has to offer to G-Unit members Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks.  He points out that he “allowed them to be in front of an audience” and to develop their fan bases.  Fif goes on to say that G-Unit dissolved because Yayo and Banks “didn’t support the project.”  Weeks ago 50 Cent hinted that there was a possibility the group would reunite, but he now says reunions are for artists whose careers are waning.  He says musicians want reunions when they “get to the point that [they’re] not generating any interest anymore.”

Fifty Cent is awaiting the release of his fifth album “Street King Immortal,” which is due to hit stores sometime this year.  The rapper recently published an exercise book called “Formula 50.”
