An Texas-based audio equipment company is disturbing Ludacris’ peace. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the rapper has filed a lawsuit against Demetri and Donna Evans-Brown for using the name “disturb the peace.” Luda says the couple’s use of the phrase conflicts with his copyrighted record label Disturbing tha Peace. He claims the name’s similarities will confuse customers. The rapper wants a judge to order the couple to stop using the name immediately. Luda is also seeking an unknown amount of damages as well as attorney’s fees.
Ludacris is currently awaiting the release of his eighth album “Ludaversal” in 2013.
