WNBA all-star player Chamique Holdsclaw was arrested after allegedly smashing her ex-girlfriend’s car with a baseball bat and then shooting at the window.
Holdsclaw, who mostly recently played for the San Antonio Stars, turned herself into the Atlanta police yesterday afternoon where she was then booked for aggravated assault and and criminal damage to property. The altercation occurred Tuesday afternoon after her ex-girlfriend, Jennifer Lacy, who also plays in the WNBA, finished her workout and Holdscraft followed her. When she caught up, Holdsclaw beat Lacy’s Range Rover (ouch) with a baseball bat and proceeded it with a good old-fashioned shootout.

Lacy was not injured.
It hasn’t come out what the real reason for her to snap, but Holdsclaw does have a history with battling clinical depression, as well as she attempted suicide previously.
