R&B bad boy Chris Brown is striking back at the owners of Club WiP after they filed a lawsuit against him and Drake for their brawl a few months ago. Brown and his attorneys are calling the suit frivolous.

The owners of Club WiP are suing Brown and Drake claiming the two superstars instigated a huge fight which resulted in the club losing its liquor license and being shut down for a period of time. Breezy and Drake are being accused of ordering their entourage to jump into a fight when the two were exchanging words over Rihanna.

A rep for Brown released a statement from Brown’s Lawyer, Mark Geragos, who said, “It’s a frivolous lawsuit.” Geragos and Brown categorize the suit as nonsense because there are quite a few eyewitnesses saying neither Drake or Breezy laid hands on each other during the altercation.

This whole mess is snowballing out of control. It seems like Club WiP is suing Drake and Chris Brown to recoup the money they will lose in the suit NBA player Tony Parker filed against them for negligence and the lost of their liquor license. Either way, somebody has to pay for what happened to the innocent bystanders injured in the melee.
