The Houston Rockets have made a 3 year $25.1 million offer to New York Knicks PG Jeremy Lin. Lin set the NBA on fire in February by leading the Knicks to seven consecutive wins. He scored at least 20 points in nine of 10 games during that stretch.

Ironically, he was one of the last players cut by the Rockets as they rounded out their 2011-12 roster. Which makes me wonder who was doing the talent evaluating last summer?

The Knicks have until 10:59CST to match the offer sheet.
