It looks like undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather has been K.O.ed in a court of law.

Yesterday, we reported Mayweather’s team of attorneys were requesting Mayweather be allowed to finish his 89 day jail sentence at home because he is malnourished and dehydrated. The boxing champ also claimed he wasn’t taking in enough calories and that was putting his boxing career at risk. The judge presiding over his case wasn’t having any of it. According to court documents, The judge responded to money Mayweather’s request by saying the boxer’s withering condition is “self-induced as water is made available to [Floyd] twenty-four hours a day.” The judge also scoffed at the notion Mayweather is malnourished in jail. He told Mayweather’s lawyers, “[Floyd] chooses not to eat the food provided.”

Mayweather didn’t receive sympathy in any capacity from the court. When Mayweather’s attorneys relayed the message that Mayweather had grievances about not being able to train in a facility that was up to par to the the world class training facility he was used to, the judge continued to lay the smack down. The judge told Floyd’s lawyers, “While the training areas and times provided to Floyd may not be consistent with his prior regimen, he is indeed provided sufficient space and time for physical activity if he so chooses.”

And the judge wins by knockout. Boom!
