A South Carolina parent was at her daughters graduation and cheered loudly, which landed her in handcuffs.  This past Saturday night at the Florence Civic Center, this caused a mother to end up in jail and other parents were escorted out the building for cheering too enthusiastically as their kids received their diplomas.

The school principle started the graduation event by saying that the kids voted and requested quiet during the reading of names.  He added, “all applause should be held to the end and anyone disruptive would be asked to leave.”
