Box listeners and Box motorcycle riders!! The Chile along with Riders For The Cure on June 2, 2012!

Ride For Life, a police-escorted motorcycle ride, will take place Saturday, June 2, 2012. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m., and kickstands go up at 11am. The cost is $20 per rider, which includes lunch, and a pin. The ride will start and end at Stubbs Harley-Davidson in Houston on Telephone Road. There will be door prizes, food and entertainment.

This event supports Anderson Network’s annual patient and caregiver conference held in September. The ride is one of many events commemorating National Cancer Survivor’s Day at MD Anderson during the week of June 3-8. National Cancer Survivor’s Day is held annually on the first Sunday in June in hundreds of communities worldwide to celebrate survivors and their caregivers. A calendar of survivorship week events will be available on MD Anderson’s Survivorship Web site during the month of May.
