Romanian police recently faced a dilemma after they stopped a motorcycle driver with a completely naked female passenger. According to “Orange News,” the traffic officer knew there was plenty wrong with the situation, but the only offense he could book her for was not wearing a helmet. The woman reportedly accepted her punishment in stride. She donned a helmet and continued on her way, still without a stitch of clothing.
