(Poughkeepsie, NY)  —  Counselors are on hand at Poughkeepsie High School in New York today after a fight between two teachers turned into a stabbing.  City police say a veteran English teacher attacked another  teacher with a screwdriver in the hallway yesterday morning.  The school board held an emergency meeting last night to update concerned parents about the incident.  Forty-year-old Ronette Ricketts allegedly stabbed 52-year-old Cynthia Glozier 16 times in the neck and head with the screwdriver.  Glozier’s injuries are not considered life-threatening.  Ricketts is in jail and is due in court today to face assault charges.
