Wiz Khalifa To Perform At AFC Championship
He couldn’t have planned it any better. Wiz Khalifa‘s Stargateproduced hit single “Black & Yellow” has become a certified banger having sold over 500,000 digital copies and emerged as the theme song for his native city Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Now the rapper has been invited to perform the jam for his hometown Steelers during the pre-game festivities at the AFC championship game, this Sunday (January 23) at Heinz Field.
Wiz is also scheduled to lead the Steelers’ fans in the Terrible Towel Twirl before kickoff, along with actor and Pittsburgh native Billy Gardell.
“Black & Yellow” currently sits at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
As recently reported, Wiz and Snoop Dogg are co-starring in the straight to DVD stoner film, High Schoolscheduled to be release on 4/20/11.
