Actress Jennifer Grey and “Jersey Shore’s” Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino are the early favorites to win on the upcoming season of “Dancing With the Stars.”  In an ongoing AccessHollywood.com poll, 32-percent believe the show’s mirrorball trophy will go to the “Dirty Dancing” star, who has a slight edge over “The Situation” with 31-percent of the vote.  Taking a distant third place on the list is R&B singer Brandy, who has the confidence of 14-percent of the respondents.  None of the other nine contenders drew more than ten-percent of the vote.  No one thinks veteran actress Florence Henderson will go all the way.

However, only six-percent believe the “Brady Bunch” mom will be the first one to leave the competition.  Most seem to think that distinction will go to Bristol Palin.  In a separate AccessHollywood.com/AOL TV poll, 39-percent say they believe the daughter of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin won’t last beyond the show’s first week.  Seventeen-percent say they foresee “The Situation” being the first to get the ax, while 16-percent say comedienne Margaret Cho will be the first to go.  The new season of “Dancing With the Stars” will begin on ABC on September 20th.
