(Baltimore, MD)  —  A man who faked seizures to avoid paying several Baltimore restaurant tabs is headed to prison.  Forty-three-year-old Andrew Palmer pled guilty to one count of theft scheme and was sentenced to 18 months of incarceration.  According to Baltimore prosecutors, for three months this year, Palmer dined and drank alcohol at several local eateries.  In each case he didn’t have money to cover the bill so he faked seizures requiring medical personnel to respond.  Prosecutors say Palmer has about 40 convictions for theft.
